When we ask our audience what their favorite types of training types are usually HIIT is number one closely followed by abdominal workouts. So with this routine, we thought we would group them together but with a little more emphasis on the abs than we usually do.
Your Instructor
My name is Mari Mariano. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness and CPR certified.
I specialize in total body workout programs using a variety of exercises from different disciplines. Fun fact about me, a few years ago I was overweight, over stressed and lived an unhealthy lifestyle until one day I just decided to change all that. I quit smoking, became a peschetarian, and hired my own personal trainer to help me achieve my fitness goals.
My mind, body and spirit transformed and I became an inspiration for my friends and family. I enjoy being a personal trainer now because I love being part of such an important journey in peoples lives. What I think my clients love about me is my genuine concern for their health and well being and my support and encouragement through each step of the way.
